So true, and the hardest thing is learning to say no, and not feel guilty about it when trying to please others.
Did you ever hit the nail on the head for meDiane. It has been an especially difficult summer, with one thing after another happening . Through it all, I have finally begin to understand how necessary it is to say no to the things that i need to say no to.
I agree...so true. And you are only hurting yourself when you say yes to something you really do NOT want to do. Bad feelings start and blood pressure goes up.....life is too short as it is. Unless it brings you joy, just say no.
As we know, it's one of those things you have to work at learning and practicing. And it's important to pat yourself on the back when you're successful at it.
P.S. Rhonda, I just recently discovered your remarkable blog and tutorials. Thank you very much for easy-to-understand lessons and the work that you do to prepare them.
