Oh my Rhonda, this is a beautiful top. I absolutely adore it. You are amazing. I know I have said this in most of my replies to your comments on my posts, but I must say it again, your work is amazing.
ReplyDeleteThanks Rhonda-this is one of my fave collars for myself.
ReplyDeleteThe blouse is beautiful! Thanks for the tutorials. I love that fabric!
ReplyDeleteLOVE this collar!
ReplyDeleteThat collar is enchanting! It's the same collar as the one on a Marfy blouse pattern that I like. And the fabric you used is gorgeous! Please share the source for the fabric?
ReplyDeleteI bought the fabric a few years ago at a quilt shop. I looked to see if there was a name on the selvage, but I couldn't find one. So sorry.
DeleteGood day Rhonda! This raised collar is really beautiful, and I would very much like to use this in a costume I'm planning. I do have a question though. Is it absolutely necessary to use Butterick 5678 as a base sloper, or is it possible to achieve this collar using my own basic bodice sloper? Thank you!
ReplyDeleteI used the Butterick pattern as a sloper because most people don't have a sloper. Use your sloper and draft away. Good luck!!!
Deletehi Rhonda I'm trying to work this but I'm having problem with the neck slope. I need your help please.
