All you need are two coordinating men's ties, easy enough to find. Resale shops are great resources for ties (so is your husband's dresser drawer!).

I've made two for myself. I love these. What's funny is that I always receive compliments and no one realizes what they are until I tell them.
This one has Christmas trees on one of the ties. It really doesn't matter as when they are tied, the two ties just seem to blend into each other.
I like to twist the ties together in the front and then tie them in the back, but however you would like to wear it is up to you.
These make fantastic gifts for anyone who likes to wear belts. There is no second guessing a waist measurement. This belt is one size fits all.
