  3. Hi Rhonda, I had to write and say THANK YOU for your past recipes you've taken the time to post. I've been through quite a stressful period since last November. Lot of family illness and I had to become the caregiver which has been wearing on me with my other household commitments. Of course, then COVID. With that said, I am surviving and a doctor visit this week showed the stress has taken its toll, but nothing that can't be overcome. My doctor wants me to go vegetarian at least 2 days per week to help with cholesterol issues (one of the issues that surfaced). I thought I can do that, and you and your blog immediately came to mind. I have gone through a printed off several of your recipes. These will be a lifesaver for me. So thank you, thank you, thank you!! God bless.

    1. Linda, I am so very sorry to hear that you have had so much to deal with, and especially the fact that it has taken a toll on your health. This might be a little too much for you, but something I do religiously is drink a green foods drink every morning. Here's a link to what I drink,

It has been a lifesaver for me. I'm so very happy that some of the recipes will give you the boost that you need. Shoot me an email when you have a chance. sewbussted@yahoo.com
