The book I'm sharing with you today is not from a museum exhibit. If I remember correctly, it was passed out at a fashion show that was sponsored by Saks Fifth Avenue. I kept the book because the pictures are lovely and the designs are so timeless, but that is Valentino! The collection is from 1995, but there is nothing that isn't as wearable now as it was.....eighteen years ago. Oh my goodness, can 1995 actually be eighteen years ago?!!!
I hope you enjoy the pictures. There are some wonderful shapes, great use of stripes and incredible cut work, especially the dresses with the leaves on the skirts.
